On the 23rd June i ordered 2 coleman high back sling chairs in khaki. Within a week i received 2 deck chairs in green.This was not what i ordered or required so i tried to contact them to inform them of the mistake.
It became very difficult to contact them as no one would answer telephone calls.They put a comment on the website about covid restrictions and not to send repeated emails as this would delay your enquiry
The chairs were ordered for a camping holiday that was arranged for early July.
As it was impossible to telephone the company i had to resort to sending emails to establish what progress was being made to collect the deck chairs and replace them with the ones that i ordered.
I was given a variety of excuses between the 1st July and the 3rd August.
Here is a sample of what they sent:-
please send a picture of the chairs that you received
please advise us what days would be ok for the collection.
we will arrange the collection for friday.(nothing happened)
due to covid problems your order may be delayed.
After so many excuses i had no confidence that the chairs would be collected and replaced with the correct order.
I informed them that i wanted the incorrect chairs to be collected and a refund of my money.
The collection was finally arranged for the 3rd August with a refund on the 13th August.
8 weeks later no chairs but the money back in my account.
We ordered a Vango awning and it arrived quickly, within a few days. It is good quality and we were looking forward to using it. On closer inspection, we realised we had ordered the wrong awning, tall instead of standard. I contacted Leisure Outlet by email on the 14th June and had an automated response to say that they aim to contact customers with queries within one working day, it has now been five working days and still no reponse!
We have also ordered a portable toilet three weeks ago and we had an email a week later to say that my order had been received. Today, I have sent an enquiry via email asking where my order is and once again I received an automated email with a case number.
I understand that Leisure Outlet are very busy with internet orders at the moment but please respond when you say you will as it is very frustrating for customers if they do not know what is happening.

Very prompt delivery service. I was kept informed throughout the process. I haven't tried the awning yet but it looks to be good quality.
This is the second time I have bought items from this company. The last time they gave me a priority delivery as we were going on holiday, and then a partial refund when one of the bowls developed a fault and I did not want a different dinner set.
My latest order arrived speedily and is very good value for money, even factoring in deliver, was cheaper than their competitors
What a rubbish website. You write in the search window Leisure Outlet's press release description and get nothing on the search item; but a window about asking if you can get it cheaper elsewhere. So 'elsewhere' is precisely where I am going.
British made very strong. needs a better key lock a bit to Delicate.
I placed an order for a pair of walking boots and was told delivery time would be 3 to 5 working days. After the 8th day had passed without any communication from them, i contacted the company through their online chat and was told the item i had purchased was sold out. If i hadnt contacted them i would never had known. Not so much as an email advising me of their mistake. I did get a refund but it wasnt a good experience at all. I will not shop with this company again and would advise people to steer clear of "Leisure Outlet". There are hundreds of other good stores online stocking the same goods.
